No. You will receive an invitation to download the beta version of Pillow via Testflight, an app provided by Apple, specifically for the distribution of beta versions.
It goes without saying that testing with the beta version may still contain bugs and not function as intended. Although it's very unlikely, it could lead to loss of the sleep data you have recorded in Pillow.
You can leave the beta team anytime you wish. We provide multiple ways.
